Ingredients
- butter 200 g
- brown sugar 125 g
- vanilla sugar 1 packet
- salt pinch
- wheat flour, Type 405 200 g
- cornstarch 1 tbsp
- baking powder 1 tsp
- chocolate chunks, dark 125 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius with fan.
- 2. Place soft butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt into a large bowl.
- 3. Beat the mixture with a hand mixer and whisk until creamy.
- 4. Add flour, cornstarch, and baking powder to the bowl.
- 5. Mix the ingredients until you have a uniform dough.
- 6. Gently fold the chocolate chunks into the dough.
- 7. Use two teaspoons to scoop out walnut-sized portions of dough.
- 8. Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 9. Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes in the hot oven.
- 10. Remove the cookies when the edges are golden brown.
- 11. Let the cookies cool completely on a wire rack.
