  1. 1. Separate one egg. Use the egg white for another purpose.
  2. 2. Place the egg yolk in a bowl.
  3. 3. Add 80 g of butter.
  4. 4. Add 60 g of powdered sugar.
  5. 5. Add a pinch of salt to the bowl.
  6. 6. Add the flour to the bowl.
  7. 7. Add the cocoa powder to the bowl.
  8. 8. Mix everything well with a hand mixer until the dough is well combined.
  9. 9. Line a springform pan with baking paper.
  10. 10. Place the dough into the prepared pan.
  11. 11. Place the dough in the refrigerator for a while.
  12. 12. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  13. 13. Line the springform pan with baking paper.
  14. 14. Place dried beans on the baking paper.
  15. 15. Bake the dough base for about 10 minutes.
  16. 16. Remove the baking paper from the oven.

  34. 34. Chop the chocolate roughly.
  35. 35. Place the chocolate in a small metal bowl.
  36. 36. Place the metal bowl over the hot water (bain-marie).
  37. 37. Let the chocolate melt.
  38. 38. Pour the melted chocolate over the cooled cake.
  39. 39. Spread the chocolate evenly.
  40. 40. Let the chocolate set.
  41. 41. Cut the cake into pieces.
  42. 42. Serve the cake.
