  1. 1. Crumble the yeast into a bowl and dissolve it with sugar in lukewarm water. Let it rest for about 10 minutes. Then add flour, 3 tsp salt, oil, and chili, and knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  2. 2. Knead the dough again on a floured surface and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a round roll and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Cover and let rise for another 20 minutes.
  3. 3. Melt the butter in a pan over high heat for about 5 minutes, then add the chili, season with salt, and set aside to let the flavors meld.
  4. 4. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (fan). Brush the rolls with the chili butter and bake in the preheated oven at 200 °C for about 30 minutes. Let them cool and serve the chili rolls fresh. Enjoy your meal!
