  1. 1. Pour the beans and corn into a sieve and let them drain well.
  2. 2. Peel the potatoes and wash them.
  3. 3. Cut the potatoes into approx. 2 cm cubes.
  4. 4. Wash the peppers and cut them in half lengthwise.
  5. 5. Remove the stem and core from the pepper halves.
  6. 6. Cut the deseeded peppers into cubes.
  7. 7. Cut the onion in half and peel it.
  8. 8. Peel the garlic cloves.
  9. 9. Put the garlic and onion into the mixing container.
  10. 10. Chop the vegetables for 4 seconds on speed 8.
  11. 11. Add the lentils and oil to the pot.
  12. 12. Fry the lentils for 4 minutes on the sauté setting.
  13. 13. Add the potato cubes to the pot.
  14. 14. Pour in the vegetable broth.
  15. 15. Add the chopped tomatoes to the pot.
  16. 16. Stir in the tomato paste.
  17. 17. Season with salt, paprika powder, oregano, sugar, cumin, and cayenne pepper.
  18. 18. Cook the mixture for 20 minutes at 100 °C on speed 1 in reverse stirring mode.
  19. 19. Add the pepper cubes to the pot.
  20. 20. Add the drained beans to the pot.
  21. 21. Add the drained corn to the pot.
  22. 22. Add the chocolate to the pot.
  23. 23. Cook everything for a further 10 minutes at 100 °C on speed 1 in reverse stirring mode.
  24. 24. Wash the chives and shake them dry.
  25. 25. Cut the chives into fine rings.
  26. 26. Wash the lemon.
  27. 27. Grate approx. 1 teaspoon of lemon zest finely.
  28. 28. Cut the lemon in half.
  29. 29. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  30. 30. Put the soy yogurt into a bowl.
  31. 31. Add the lemon zest to the bowl.
  32. 32. Add the chive rings to the bowl.
  33. 33. Mix the ingredients for the sauce well.
  34. 34. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  35. 35. Taste the chili sin carne and adjust with salt, sugar, and cayenne pepper.
  36. 36. Serve the chili sin carne.
