🍽️ Spicy Chili Mayonnaise

Ingredients
- Eggs 2 pcs.
- Lemons 1 pcs.
- Mustard 1 tsp.
- Salt 1 pinch
- Pepper, black ground 1 pinch
- Sunflower oil 250 ml
- Sriracha sauce 2 tbsp.
Instructions
- 1. Separate the eggs. Save the egg whites for another use.
- 2. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 3. Place the egg yolks, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 4. Whisk the ingredients together using a hand mixer with a whisk attachment.
- 5. Add the sunflower oil drop by drop while whisking continuously.
- 6. Once the mayonnaise starts to thicken, pour in the remaining oil in a thin stream.
- 7. Season the mayonnaise with Sriracha sauce, lemon juice, and salt.
- 8. Serve the chili mayonnaise as a dip with finger food.
