  1. 1. Peel the garlic clove and chop it very finely.
  2. 2. Rinse the fresh herbs under running water.
  3. 3. Shake the herbs dry and pick the leaves off the stems.
  4. 4. Chop the herbs finely.
  5. 5. Rinse the lemon with hot water to clean the surface.
  6. 6. Grate about one teaspoon of the fine zest from the lemon.
  7. 7. Place the soft butter into a bowl.
  8. 8. Whip the butter with a hand mixer and the whisk attachment until creamy for about two minutes.
  9. 9. Stir the chopped herbs into the butter.
  10. 10. Add the chopped garlic to the mixture.
  11. 11. Add the grated lemon zest.
  12. 12. Season the butter with salt.
  13. 13. Add some cayenne pepper for the heat.
  14. 14. Stir the raw cane sugar into the butter.
  15. 15. Take some baking paper or wax paper.
  16. 16. Shape the finished butter mixture into a roll on the paper.
  17. 17. Place the roll in the refrigerator until it becomes firm.
  18. 18. Slice the butter only after it has become firm.
