🍽️ Spicy Herb Butter with Lemon

Ingredients
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- chives, fresh 10 g
- parsley, fresh 10 g
- basil, fresh 10 g
- lemons 1 pc.
- butter 250 g
- salt 1 tsp
- cayenne pepper 1 tsp
- brown sugar 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove and chop it very finely.
- 2. Rinse the fresh herbs under running water.
- 3. Shake the herbs dry and pick the leaves off the stems.
- 4. Chop the herbs finely.
- 5. Rinse the lemon with hot water to clean the surface.
- 6. Grate about one teaspoon of the fine zest from the lemon.
- 7. Place the soft butter into a bowl.
- 8. Whip the butter with a hand mixer and the whisk attachment until creamy for about two minutes.
- 9. Stir the chopped herbs into the butter.
- 10. Add the chopped garlic to the mixture.
- 11. Add the grated lemon zest.
- 12. Season the butter with salt.
- 13. Add some cayenne pepper for the heat.
- 14. Stir the raw cane sugar into the butter.
- 15. Take some baking paper or wax paper.
- 16. Shape the finished butter mixture into a roll on the paper.
- 17. Place the roll in the refrigerator until it becomes firm.
- 18. Slice the butter only after it has become firm.
