🍽️ Spicy Chili con Carne with Crispy Baguettes

Ingredients
- onions, yellow 2 pcs.
- garlic cloves 1 pcs.
- chili pepper mix 1 pcs.
- oil 4 tbsp
- ground beef 600 g
- tomatoes, chopped 800 g
- tomato paste 2 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- rose paprika 1 tsp
- corn from the can 250 g
- kidney beans 400 g
- cumin 0.25 tsp
- sugar 1 tbsp
- baguette 1 pcs.

Instructions
- 1. Cut the onions in half and peel off the skin.
- 2. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 3. Thoroughly wash the chili peppers under running water.
- 4. Slice the chili peppers open and remove the seeds.
- 5. Place the onions, garlic, and chili peppers into the mixing bowl.
- 6. Insert the measuring cup and chop the ingredients for 6 seconds on speed 6.
- 7. Use a spatula to push the mixture down from the sides of the bowl.
- 8. Add 2 tablespoons of oil.
- 9. Sauté the onion mixture for 3 minutes on the sauté setting without the measuring cup.
- 10. Add 300 grams of minced meat.
- 11. Brown the minced meat for another 3 minutes on the sauté setting without the measuring cup.
- 12. Remove the onion and meat mixture from the bowl and set it aside in a separate dish.
- 13. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and the remaining minced meat to the mixing bowl.
- 14. Brown the meat for 3 minutes on the sauté setting without the measuring cup.
- 15. Return the reserved onion and meat mixture to the bowl.
- 16. Add the chopped tomatoes.
- 17. Add the tomato paste.
- 18. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- 19. Insert the measuring cup.
- 20. Cook the chili for 25 minutes at 100 degrees on speed 1 with reverse blade action.
- 21. Place the corn in a sieve and let it drain.
- 22. Place the kidney beans in the same sieve and let them drain as well.
- 23. Add the drained corn and beans to the mixing bowl.
- 24. Add cumin and sugar.
- 25. Insert the measuring cup.
- 26. Simmer the chili for 15 minutes at 90 degrees on speed 1 with reverse blade action.
- 27. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 28. Place the baguettes in the oven.
- 29. Bake the baguettes for about 10 minutes until crispy.
- 30. Adjust the seasoning of the chili to your liking with salt, pepper, and chili before serving.
- 31. Insert the measuring cup.
- 32. Stir the chili for 20 seconds on speed 1 with reverse blade action.
- 33. Serve the chili on plates.
- 34. Serve the chili alongside the warm baguettes.
