Ingredients
- chili pepper Mix 1 pc.
- Butter 1 tbsp.
- Wheat flour, Type 405 1 tbsp.
- Milk 200 ml
- Chili, ground pinch
- Sandwich cheese 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chili pepper thoroughly, halve them, remove the stems and seeds, and cut into small cubes. Melt the butter in a pot over high heat. Add the flour and stir well. Then deglaze with milk while stirring constantly and let the mixture simmer for about 3 minutes.
- 2. Reduce the heat to a low setting. Stir the diced chili pepper and cheese into the sauce until the cheese is completely melted. Season with chili powder to taste.
- 3. Serve the chili cheese sauce lukewarm with nachos. Enjoy your meal!
