  3. 3. Spread the french fries evenly on the tray.
  4. 4. Place the tray in the oven.
  5. 5. Bake the fries for about 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Remove the fries when they are golden brown.
  7. 7. Wash the spring onions under running water.
  8. 8. Dry the onions with a kitchen towel.
  9. 9. Cut off the hard root ends of the spring onions.
  10. 10. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  11. 11. Separate the white and green parts of the onions.
  12. 12. Finely chop the garlic cloves.
  13. 13. Open the can of kidney beans.
  14. 14. Drain the kidney beans in a sieve.
  15. 15. Pour the oil into a large frying pan.
  16. 16. Heat the oil on the highest setting.
  17. 17. Add the minced meat to the hot pan.
  18. 18. Fry the meat for about 4 minutes.
  19. 19. Break up the meat into small pieces with a spoon.
