  2. 2. Heat one tablespoon of oil and one tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Fry the onion rings in the pan for about five minutes.
  4. 4. Add one tablespoon of honey and a pinch of salt.
  5. 5. Caramelize the onions while turning them for about one minute.
  6. 6. Deglaze the pan with vinegar.
  7. 7. Continue to fry the onions for another five minutes until the liquid has almost completely evaporated.
  8. 8. Stir regularly during this process.
  9. 9. Finally, season the onion jam with salt to taste.
  10. 10. Remove the jam from the pan and set it aside.
  11. 11. Drain the pickles.
  12. 12. Cut the pickles lengthwise into thin strips.
  13. 13. Wash the lettuce thoroughly.
  14. 14. Spin the lettuce dry.
  15. 15. Peel the garlic.
  16. 16. Finely chop the garlic.
  17. 17. Place the ground meat in a large bowl.
  18. 18. Add the chopped garlic and chili.
  19. 19. Mix the ingredients well together.
  20. 20. Season the meat mixture with salt.
  21. 21. Form four flat burger patties from the mixture.

  37. 37. Add two slices of crispy bacon on top.
  38. 38. Close the burger buns.
  39. 39. Serve the burgers immediately.
