  5. 5. Remove the leaves from the stems.
  6. 6. Place the basil in a tall container.
  7. 7. Add 2 tablespoons of lime juice.
  8. 8. Add the mustard.
  9. 9. Blend the mixture until it is smooth.
  10. 10. Slowly add the oils.
  11. 11. Stir until the dressing is creamy.
  12. 12. Season the dressing with salt.
  13. 13. Season the dressing with pepper.
  14. 14. Gently fold the dressing into the salad leaves just before serving.
