🍽️ Fresh Chili Basil Dressing

Ingredients
- Organic limes 1 pc.
- Basil, fresh 15 g
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Chili oil 3 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut the lime in half.
- 2. Squeeze the lime juice out.
- 3. Wash the basil thoroughly.
- 4. Shake the basil dry.
- 5. Remove the leaves from the stems.
- 6. Place the basil in a tall container.
- 7. Add 2 tablespoons of lime juice.
- 8. Add the mustard.
- 9. Blend the mixture until it is smooth.
- 10. Slowly add the oils.
- 11. Stir until the dressing is creamy.
- 12. Season the dressing with salt.
- 13. Season the dressing with pepper.
- 14. Gently fold the dressing into the salad leaves just before serving.
