  6. 6. Add two tablespoons of oil and one teaspoon of chicken seasoning salt.
  7. 7. Toss the fillets so they are evenly coated with the marinade.
  8. 8. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
  9. 9. Remove the hard stem at the top.
  10. 10. Slice the tomatoes into thick rounds.
  11. 11. Wash the potatoes, carrots, and parsnips.
  12. 12. Peel all the vegetables.
  13. 13. Slice the vegetables into even rounds.
  14. 14. Place the cut vegetables in a separate bowl.
  15. 15. Add two tablespoons of oil and one teaspoon of chicken seasoning salt to the vegetables.
  16. 16. Toss the vegetables to ensure they are well seasoned.
  17. 17. Spread the vegetables out flat on a baking sheet.
