🍽️ Chicken Burgers with Pineapple and Crispy Vegetable Cakes

Ingredients
- chicken breast fillets 600 g
- oil 4 tbsp
- chicken seasoning salt 1 tsp
- vine tomatoes 2 pcs
- potatoes, mostly waxy 600 g
- carrots 2 pcs
- parsnips 1 pcs
- pineapple slices from the can 300 g
- quark 20 % fat in Tr. 250 g
- milk 2 tbsp
- salt 1 tbsp
- pepper, black ground pinch
- hamburger buns 4 pcs
- ketchup 4 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius with fan setting.
- 2. Rinse the chicken meat under cold water.
- 3. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Cut the chicken breast in half horizontally to create two flat fillets.
- 5. Place the fillets in a bowl.
- 6. Add two tablespoons of oil and one teaspoon of chicken seasoning salt.
- 7. Toss the fillets so they are evenly coated with the marinade.
- 8. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 9. Remove the hard stem at the top.
- 10. Slice the tomatoes into thick rounds.
- 11. Wash the potatoes, carrots, and parsnips.
- 12. Peel all the vegetables.
- 13. Slice the vegetables into even rounds.
- 14. Place the cut vegetables in a separate bowl.
- 15. Add two tablespoons of oil and one teaspoon of chicken seasoning salt to the vegetables.
- 16. Toss the vegetables to ensure they are well seasoned.
- 17. Spread the vegetables out flat on a baking sheet.
- 18. Place the tray in the oven on the lower rack.
- 19. Bake the vegetables for about 20 minutes.
- 20. Take a frying pan and place it on the highest heat setting.
- 21. Fry the chicken meat without adding extra fat.
- 22. Fry the meat on all sides until golden brown, which takes about 5 minutes.
- 23. Remove the pan from the stove.
- 24. Cover the meat in the pan and let it rest.
- 25. Open the can of pineapple slices.
- 26. Let the syrup drain from the pineapple slices.
- 27. Place quark, one pineapple slice, and two tablespoons of milk into a tall container.
- 28. Blend the mixture until creamy using a hand blender.
- 29. Season the quark cream with salt and pepper to taste.
- 30. Slice the burger buns horizontally.
- 31. Place the bun halves on a baking rack with the cut side facing up.
- 32. Toast the buns for about 2 minutes on the top oven rack.
- 33. Carefully remove the buns from the oven.
- 34. Spread ketchup on the bottom halves of the buns.
- 35. Spread one teaspoon of the pineapple quark cream on the top halves of the buns.
- 36. Place a slice of tomato on the bun.
- 37. Place a chicken breast fillet on the tomato.
- 38. Place a pineapple slice on the meat.
- 39. Close the bun.
- 40. Take the oven vegetables out of the oven.
- 41. Serve the vegetables and burgers on plates.
- 42. Serve the remaining pineapple quark as a dip.
