  1. 1. Mix salt, pepper, and paprika powder in a small bowl.
  2. 2. Add mustard, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, and oil to the spice mixture.
  3. 3. Stir vigorously until a homogeneous marinade is formed.
  4. 4. Pour the finished marinade into a resealable freezer bag.
  5. 5. Rinse the chicken wings under cold water.
  6. 6. Dry the wings thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
  7. 7. Place the dried wings into the freezer bag with the marinade.
  8. 8. Seal the bag and massage the marinade evenly over the wings.
  9. 9. Place the bag in the refrigerator and let the wings marinate for about 3 hours.
  10. 10. Preheat the oven to 220 °C (convection mode).
  11. 11. Remove the chicken wings from the marinade.
  12. 12. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  13. 13. Put the tray in the oven and bake the wings for a total of 40 minutes.
  14. 14. Remove the tray after 20 minutes.
  15. 15. Brush the wings with the remaining marinade from the bag.
  16. 16. Place the tray back in the oven and bake for the remaining 20 minutes.
  17. 17. To check for doneness, pierce the thickest part of the wings with a fork.
  18. 18. If clear juice runs out, the wings are fully cooked.
  19. 19. Serve the chicken wings hot.
