🍽️ Crispy Chicken Wings with Honey-Mustard Marinade

Ingredients
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Paprika, sweet 1 tbsp
- Mustard 1 tbsp
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Ketchup 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce 3 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Chicken wings 600 g
Instructions
- 1. Mix salt, pepper, and paprika powder in a small bowl.
- 2. Add mustard, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, and oil to the spice mixture.
- 3. Stir vigorously until a homogeneous marinade is formed.
- 4. Pour the finished marinade into a resealable freezer bag.
- 5. Rinse the chicken wings under cold water.
- 6. Dry the wings thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
- 7. Place the dried wings into the freezer bag with the marinade.
- 8. Seal the bag and massage the marinade evenly over the wings.
- 9. Place the bag in the refrigerator and let the wings marinate for about 3 hours.
- 10. Preheat the oven to 220 °C (convection mode).
- 11. Remove the chicken wings from the marinade.
- 12. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 13. Put the tray in the oven and bake the wings for a total of 40 minutes.
- 14. Remove the tray after 20 minutes.
- 15. Brush the wings with the remaining marinade from the bag.
- 16. Place the tray back in the oven and bake for the remaining 20 minutes.
- 17. To check for doneness, pierce the thickest part of the wings with a fork.
- 18. If clear juice runs out, the wings are fully cooked.
- 19. Serve the chicken wings hot.
