  1. 1. Rinse the chicken thoroughly, pat dry, and cut into cubes. Halve the onions, peel, and finely chop. Wash the spinach, drain in a sieve, and roughly chop. Rinse the tomatoes.
  2. 2. Heat the oil in a pot over high heat and sear the chicken together with the onions for about 3 minutes.
  3. 3. Dust the chicken with flour and paprika powder and mix well. Then add the whipping cream and broth, bring to a brief boil.
  4. 4. Stir in the fusilli and tomatoes and cook covered over medium heat for about 7 minutes. Add the leaf spinach, let it wilt, and then cover again and let it sit for about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Plate the chicken Alfredo, sprinkle with parmesan, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
