🍽️ Chicken Alfredo with Spinach and Fusilli

Ingredients
- chicken breast fillets 600 g
- onions, yellow 2 pcs
- leaf spinach 300 g
- cherry tomatoes 250 g
- oil 4 tbsp
- wheat flour, Type 405 2 tbsp
- paprika, sweet 2 tsp
- whipping cream 200 g
- vegetable broth 400 ml
- fusilli 500 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- parmesan 40 g
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken thoroughly, pat dry, and cut into cubes. Halve the onions, peel, and finely chop. Wash the spinach, drain in a sieve, and roughly chop. Rinse the tomatoes.
- 2. Heat the oil in a pot over high heat and sear the chicken together with the onions for about 3 minutes.
- 3. Dust the chicken with flour and paprika powder and mix well. Then add the whipping cream and broth, bring to a brief boil.
- 4. Stir in the fusilli and tomatoes and cook covered over medium heat for about 7 minutes. Add the leaf spinach, let it wilt, and then cover again and let it sit for about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.
- 5. Plate the chicken Alfredo, sprinkle with parmesan, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
