🍰 Chia Cinnamon Pudding with Caramelized Plums

Ingredients
- Chia seeds 80 g
- Yogurt, plain 500 g
- Honey 2 tbsp
- Cinnamon pinch
- Plums 10 pcs
- Butter 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Put the chia seeds into a bowl.
- 2. Add the yogurt.
- 3. Stir in one tablespoon of honey.
- 4. Sprinkle some cinnamon over it.
- 5. Mix everything well together.
- 6. Let the mixture swell overnight in the refrigerator.
- 7. Wash the plums thoroughly the next morning.
- 8. Halve or quarter the plums depending on their size.
- 9. Remove the pits from the plums.
- 10. Melt one tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium to high heat.
- 11. Add the plums to the hot pan.
- 12. Sauté the plums for one to two minutes.
- 13. Add one tablespoon of honey to the plums.
- 14. Caramelize the plums lightly for two to three minutes.
- 15. Turn the plums occasionally while doing this.
- 16. Distribute the chia cinnamon pudding onto bowls.
- 17. Place the caramelized plums on top.
- 18. Enjoy your meal!
