  6. 6. Let the mixture swell overnight in the refrigerator.
  7. 7. Wash the plums thoroughly the next morning.
  8. 8. Halve or quarter the plums depending on their size.
  9. 9. Remove the pits from the plums.
  10. 10. Melt one tablespoon of butter in a pan over medium to high heat.
  11. 11. Add the plums to the hot pan.
  12. 12. Sauté the plums for one to two minutes.
  13. 13. Add one tablespoon of honey to the plums.
  14. 14. Caramelize the plums lightly for two to three minutes.
  15. 15. Turn the plums occasionally while doing this.
  16. 16. Distribute the chia cinnamon pudding onto bowls.
  17. 17. Place the caramelized plums on top.
