Ingredients
- coconut milk 500 ml
- honey 1 tbsp
- chia seeds 30 g
- kiwi 4 pcs
- almonds, sliced 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix the coconut milk, honey, and chia seeds thoroughly. Let it rest in the refrigerator overnight.
- 2. Peel the kiwi, cut it into rough pieces, and puree it in a tall container. Distribute the puree evenly among the glasses.
- 3. Spoon the chia pudding into the glasses, garnish with almond flakes, and serve.
