🍰 Chia Pudding with Kiwi

Ingredients
- Chia seeds 80 g
- Honey 2 tsp
- Yogurt, plain 500 g
- Kiwi 4 pcs
- Mint, fresh 20 g
Instructions
- 1. Note: Prepare this recipe best one day in advance. In a bowl, mix the chia seeds with 1 tsp honey and yogurt and place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, ideally overnight.
- 2. Wash the kiwis thoroughly, peel them, and cut into coarse pieces. Rinse the mint leaves, pat dry, and pick them off the stems. In a blender, puree the kiwis and the mint together with 1 tsp honey and 2–3 tbsp water.
- 3. Distribute the chia pudding evenly onto plates, top with the kiwi-mint puree, and enjoy. Enjoy your meal!
