Ingredients
- coconut milk 400 ml
- honey 1 tsp
- chia seeds 20 g
- raspberries, fresh 200 g
- mint, fresh 5 g
Instructions
- 1. Distribute the coconut milk evenly into glasses or cups. Stir in honey and chia seeds, then cover and refrigerate overnight.
- 2. The next morning, wash and dry the raspberries thoroughly. Wash the mint, shake off excess water, and pluck the leaves. Serve the finished chia pudding with raspberries and mint.
