Ingredients
- Chia seeds 80 g
- Milk 800 ml
- Blueberries, fresh 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Divide 20 grams of chia seeds evenly among four glasses.
- 2. Pour 200 milliliters of milk over the seeds in each glass.
- 3. Stir the mixture once briefly to distribute the seeds.
- 4. Place the glasses in the refrigerator overnight to let the pudding swell.
- 5. Wash the blueberries thoroughly and let them drain well.
- 6. Place the drained blueberries on top of the finished chia pudding.
- 7. Serve the dessert immediately and enjoy.
