Ingredients
- coconut milk 500 ml
- honey 1 tbsp
- chia seeds 30 g
- pomegranate 2 pcs
- mint, fresh 5 g
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix coconut milk, honey, and chia seeds well. Let it rest in the refrigerator overnight.
- 2. Cut the pomegranate in half and use a spoon to tap out the seeds from the skin. Wash the mint and pluck the leaves.
- 3. Fill the prepared pudding into glasses, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds, and garnish with fresh mint.
