  1. 1. In a bowl, mix almond drink with chia seeds and let swell for about 20 minutes. Then stir again and place the chia pudding covered in the refrigerator for 12 hours or overnight.
  2. 2. The next day, halve the lemon and squeeze it. Wash the berries, drain them, and remove the leaves. In a bowl, mix the berries with 1 tbsp lemon juice and olive oil and let them marinate for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, roughly chop the walnuts.
  3. 3. Stir the chia pudding, fill into 4 glasses or bowls, and decorate with the marinated berries and walnuts. Enjoy your meal!
