Ingredients
- Almond Drink 350 ml
- Chia Seeds 60 g
- Lemons 1 pc.
- Blackberries, fresh 100 g
- Raspberries, fresh 100 g
- Strawberries 100 g
- Olive Oil 1 tbsp
- Walnut Kernels 20 g
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix almond drink with chia seeds and let swell for about 20 minutes. Then stir again and place the chia pudding covered in the refrigerator for 12 hours or overnight.
- 2. The next day, halve the lemon and squeeze it. Wash the berries, drain them, and remove the leaves. In a bowl, mix the berries with 1 tbsp lemon juice and olive oil and let them marinate for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, roughly chop the walnuts.
- 3. Stir the chia pudding, fill into 4 glasses or bowls, and decorate with the marinated berries and walnuts. Enjoy your meal!
