Ingredients
- pickles 4 pcs.
- garlic cloves 1 pcs.
- ground beef 600 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- paprika, sweet pinch
- oil 2 tbsp
- hamburger buns 4 pcs.
- mustard 4 tsp
- ketchup 6 tsp
- butter cheese slices 4 slices
Instructions
- 1. Drain the pickles and cut into strips. Peel the garlic and chop finely. In a bowl, mix the ground beef well with the garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Form four equal-sized patties from the mixture.
- 2. Heat the oil in a pan over high heat and fry the patties for about 4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove the patties from the pan and let them rest on a plate. Halve the buns and toast them in the pan fat for approx. 2 minutes until golden brown.
- 3. Spread the undersides of the buns with mustard and the tops with ketchup. Place the patties, a slice of cheese, and the pickles on the undersides, put the lids on top, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
