  5. 5. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over high heat.
  6. 6. Sear the meat in the hot oil for about 5 minutes, turning it until it is golden brown on all sides.
  7. 7. Season the meat generously with salt and pepper.
  8. 8. Place the meat into a baking dish.
  9. 9. Cook the meat in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
  10. 10. Remove the finished steak from the oven.
  11. 11. Serve the steak with your choice of sides such as bread, roasted vegetables, or fried potatoes.
