Ingredients
- Charolais Rib of Beef 1 pc.
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 120 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Take the meat out of the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before cooking to let it reach room temperature.
- 3. Rinse the meat under running water.
- 4. Pat the meat completely dry with kitchen paper or a clean cloth.
- 5. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over high heat.
- 6. Sear the meat in the hot oil for about 5 minutes, turning it until it is golden brown on all sides.
- 7. Season the meat generously with salt and pepper.
- 8. Place the meat into a baking dish.
- 9. Cook the meat in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
- 10. Remove the finished steak from the oven.
- 11. Serve the steak with your choice of sides such as bread, roasted vegetables, or fried potatoes.
