  7. 7. Add the chopped garlic to the bowl.
  8. 8. Add rose paprika and thyme.
  9. 9. Mix everything well with your hands.
  10. 10. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  11. 11. Set the bowl aside.
  12. 12. Finely chop the remaining half of the garlic.
  13. 13. Put the yogurt in a separate bowl.
  14. 14. Add the finely chopped garlic to the yogurt.
  15. 15. Add the olive oil.
  16. 16. Stir the yogurt mixture well.
  17. 17. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
  18. 18. Cut the remaining half of the onion into thin strips.
  19. 19. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
  20. 20. Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds.
  21. 21. Wash the parsley.
  22. 22. Dry the parsley.
  23. 23. Remove the coarse stems from the parsley.
  24. 24. Chop the parsley coarsely.
  25. 25. Lightly oil your hands.
  26. 26. Form small rolls from the meat mixture.
  27. 27. The rolls should be about 8 centimeters long.

  40. 40. Drizzle the sandwiches with pan juices if desired.
  41. 41. Garnish the sandwiches with the chopped parsley.
