  2. 2. Wash the parsley thoroughly and shake it dry.
  3. 3. Pick the parsley leaves off the stems and chop them finely as well.
  4. 4. Add half of the chopped parsley, the minced meat, the garlic, paprika powder, salt, and pepper to a bowl.
  5. 5. Mix all ingredients in the bowl thoroughly.
  6. 6. Shape the meat mixture into even, finger-thick rolls.
  7. 7. Set the shaped cevapcici aside to chill.
  8. 8. Wash the tomatoes and remove the hard stem at the top.
  9. 9. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
  10. 10. Put the tomato cubes, tomato paste, rice, and 400 milliliters of broth into a pot.
  11. 11. Bring the mixture in the pot to a boil.
  12. 12. Let the rice cook for about 15 minutes until it is soft.
  13. 13. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  14. 14. Fry the cevapcici on all sides for about 12 minutes until crispy.
  15. 15. Season the finished rice with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.
  16. 16. Stir the remaining fresh parsley into the rice.
  17. 17. Plate the tomato rice and the cevapcici.
