🥗 Grilled Meat Skewers with Fresh Greek Salad

Ingredients
- Garlic cloves 1 pc
- Parsley, fresh 30 g
- Minced beef 600 g
- Paprika, sweet 1 tsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Cucumbers 1 pc
- Cherry tomatoes 500 g
- Shallots 1 pc
- feta 200 g
- Lemons 1 pc
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Olives, black 100 g
- Baguette 1 pc
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove and chop it very finely.
- 2. Wash the parsley and pat it completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Pick the parsley leaves off the tough stems and chop them finely as well.
- 4. Add half of the chopped parsley, the minced meat, the garlic, the paprika powder, salt, and pepper to a large bowl.
- 5. Mix all ingredients thoroughly with your hands or a spoon.
- 6. Shape the meat mixture into even, finger-thick rolls.
- 7. Heat some oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 8. Fry the meat rolls on all sides for about 12 minutes until golden brown.
- 9. Rinse the cucumber and cut off the ends.
- 10. Cut the cucumber lengthwise into quarters and then into bite-sized pieces.
- 11. Wash the tomatoes and cut each one in half.
- 12. Halve the shallot, peel it, and slice it into thin rings.
- 13. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes.
- 14. Wash the lemon, cut it in half, and squeeze out the juice.
- 15. Mix the olive oil with two tablespoons of lemon juice in a separate bowl.
- 16. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste.
- 17. Add the cucumber, tomato halves, shallot rings, feta, remaining parsley, and black olives to the bowl with the dressing.
- 18. Gently toss the ingredients so they are evenly coated with the dressing.
- 19. Plate the grilled meat skewers.
- 20. Serve with the Greek salad and baguette.
