Ingredients
- onions, yellow 4 pcs.
- garlic cloves 1 pcs.
- parsley, fresh 40 g
- ground beef 600 g
- rose paprika 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- olive oil 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Halve the onion and remove the outer skin.
- 2. Dice the onion into small pieces.
- 3. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 4. Finely chop the garlic.
- 5. Wash the parsley and dry it.
- 6. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 7. Chop the parsley leaves finely.
- 8. Place the minced meat into a large bowl.
- 9. Add the diced onion to the meat.
- 10. Add the chopped garlic to the meat.
- 11. Add the chopped parsley to the meat.
- 12. Season the mixture with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- 13. Mix everything thoroughly by hand.
- 14. Lightly oil your hands.
- 15. Shape small rolls from the meat mixture.
- 16. Ensure the rolls are about 8 centimeters long.
- 17. Add oil to a frying pan.
- 18. Heat the oil over medium to high heat.
- 19. Sear the cevapcici.
- 20. Cook them for about 3 to 4 minutes.
- 21. Then reduce the heat.
- 22. Cook the cevapcici for another 4 to 5 minutes.
