  11. 11. Add the chopped parsley to the meat.
  12. 12. Season the mixture with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  13. 13. Mix everything thoroughly by hand.
  14. 14. Lightly oil your hands.
  15. 15. Shape small rolls from the meat mixture.
  16. 16. Ensure the rolls are about 8 centimeters long.
  17. 17. Add oil to a frying pan.
  18. 18. Heat the oil over medium to high heat.
