🍰 Cashew Cookies with White Chocolate

Ingredients
- butter 200 g
- sugar 125 g
- salt pinch
- eggs 1 pc.
- wheat flour, type 405 200 g
- baking powder 1 tsp
- cashew nuts 100 g
- chocolate, white 150 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 175 °C (top/bottom heat). In a bowl, mix the butter, sugar, and salt well until a creamy consistency forms. Then, work in the egg. In a separate bowl, mix the flour and baking powder and add to the butter-egg mixture.
- 2. Chop the cashew nuts and the chocolate coarsely and gently fold two-thirds of them into the dough.
- 3. Line two baking sheets with baking paper and use two teaspoons to form small portions of the dough, placing them on the sheets. Garnish the dough portions with the remaining nuts and chocolate and shape them evenly into rounds.
- 4. Bake the cashew cookies with white chocolate in the oven for about 15 minutes. Let them cool down afterwards and serve them. Enjoy!
