🍳 Carrot Cake Oat Balls

Ingredients
- Carrots 1 pc.
- walnut kernels 70 g
- soft dates, dried and pitted 80 g
- walnut oil 1 tsp
- cinnamon 0.5 tsp
- oat flakes, fine 2 tbsp
- Cornflakes 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Peel the carrot and cut off the ends.
- 2. Grate the carrot finely using a coarse grater.
- 3. Place walnuts, dates, walnut oil, cinnamon, and the grated carrot into a tall container or a food processor.
- 4. Blend the ingredients until a sticky, fine-crumb mixture forms.
- 5. Take teaspoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls between your hands.
- 6. Put the cornflakes into a plastic bag.
- 7. Crush the cornflakes in the bag using a rolling pin.
- 8. Roll half of the oat balls in oat flakes.
- 9. Roll the other half of the oat balls in the crushed cornflakes.
- 10. Store the finished balls in a box or a jar until serving.
