🥤 Caribbean Melon

Ingredients
- watermelon 500 g
- lemons 1 pcs
- oranges 1 pcs
- brown sugar 4 tsp
- Aperol 80 ml
- ice cubes 12 tbsp
- mineral water, classic 600 ml
Instructions
- 1. Peel the melon, remove the seeds, and cut into cubes. Then puree in a tall container and pass through a sieve. Halve the lemon and the orange and squeeze out the juice.
- 2. In the tall container, mix the melon juice with the lemon juice, orange juice, and sugar to taste.
- 3. For each glass, vigorously shake 1/4 of the melon mixture with 2 cl Aperol and ice cubes. Strain into long drink glasses and top up the Caribbean Melon with cold mineral water. Cheers!
