🍰 Refreshing Cantaloupe Melon Granita

Ingredients
- Cantaloupe melon 1 pc.
- Lemon 1 pc.
- Port wine 1 tbsp.
- Icing sugar 4 tbsp.
Instructions
- 1. Cut the melon in half.
- 2. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon.
- 3. Remove the rind from the melon.
- 4. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 5. Cut the lemon in half.
- 6. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 7. Place the melon cubes into a tall blender jar.
- 8. Add two tablespoons of lemon juice.
- 9. Add one tablespoon of port wine.
- 10. Add four tablespoons of powdered sugar.
- 11. Blend the mixture until very smooth.
- 12. Pour the puree into a baking dish or onto a baking sheet.
- 13. Spread the puree so that it is about one centimeter high.
- 14. Place the dish in the freezer for about five hours.
- 15. Scrape the frozen melon with a fork.
- 16. Fill the granita into chilled glasses.
- 17. Serve the dessert immediately.
