🍽️ Camping-Style Ravioli

Ingredients
- Salt pinch
- Filled pasta, ricotta spinach 800 g
- Basil, fresh 15 g
- Tomatoes, pureed 400 g
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Pasta seasoning 1 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Fill a pot with about one liter of water and add some salt.
- 2. Bring the water to a boil.
- 3. Add the ravioli to the boiling water.
- 4. Cook the ravioli for about four minutes.
- 5. Wash the basilica leaves thoroughly under running water.
- 6. Dry the leaves with a kitchen towel.
- 7. Pick the leaves off the tough stems.
- 8. Chop the basilica leaves roughly.
- 9. Drain the ravioli in a colander.
- 10. Return the ravioli to the pot.
- 11. Add the pureed tomatoes to the pot.
- 12. Season the mixture with salt.
- 13. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 14. Season the mixture with pasta seasoning.
- 15. Let the ravioli simmer for about two minutes.
- 16. Serve the ravioli on plates.
- 17. Garnish the dishes with the fresh basil.
