Ingredients
- oat flakes, coarse 160 g
- soy drink 800 ml
- apricots, fresh 100 g
- walnut kernels 100 g
- honey 2 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Heat a pot on the stove.
- 2. Add the oat flakes to the warm pot.
- 3. Toast the flakes for about 2 minutes until they smell aromatic.
- 4. Pour the soy drink over the flakes.
- 5. Set the heat to a medium level.
- 6. Simmer the porridge for about 10 minutes while stirring constantly.
- 7. Chop the apricots finely.
- 8. Chop the walnuts finely.
- 9. Add the chopped apricots and walnuts to the porridge in the last 2 minutes.
- 10. Sweeten the porridge to taste with honey.
- 11. Fill the finished porridge into bowls.
