  4. 4. Pour the soy drink over the flakes.
  5. 5. Set the heat to a medium level.
  6. 6. Simmer the porridge for about 10 minutes while stirring constantly.
  7. 7. Chop the apricots finely.
  8. 8. Chop the walnuts finely.
  9. 9. Add the chopped apricots and walnuts to the porridge in the last 2 minutes.
  10. 10. Sweeten the porridge to taste with honey.
  11. 11. Fill the finished porridge into bowls.
