  6. 6. Whisk everything well with a fork or a whisk.
  7. 7. Gently fold the halved tomatoes into the egg mixture.
  8. 8. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  9. 9. Pour the entire egg mixture into the hot pan.
  10. 10. Cook the omelette for about 5 minutes until it sets.
  11. 11. Carefully flip the omelette to cook the other side.
  12. 12. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the flipped omelette.
  13. 13. Let the omelette finish cooking for another 3 minutes.
  14. 14. Cut the finished omelette into bite-sized portions.
  15. 15. Arrange the pieces on plates.
  16. 16. Serve the omelette hot with fresh bread.
