🍳 Omelette for Camping

Ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes 250 g
- Eggs 8 pcs.
- Milk 200 ml
- Salt pinch
- Chili, ground pinch
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Parmesan, grated 50 g
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the washed tomatoes in half.
- 3. Take a bowl and crack the eggs into it.
- 4. Pour the milk into the eggs.
- 5. Season the mixture with salt and chili.
- 6. Whisk everything well with a fork or a whisk.
- 7. Gently fold the halved tomatoes into the egg mixture.
- 8. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 9. Pour the entire egg mixture into the hot pan.
- 10. Cook the omelette for about 5 minutes until it sets.
- 11. Carefully flip the omelette to cook the other side.
- 12. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the flipped omelette.
- 13. Let the omelette finish cooking for another 3 minutes.
- 14. Cut the finished omelette into bite-sized portions.
- 15. Arrange the pieces on plates.
- 16. Serve the omelette hot with fresh bread.
