🍽️ Camembert Fruit Skewers

Ingredients
- oil 2 tbsp
- light balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- honeydew melon 0.5 pc.
- physalis 16 pc.
- cherry tomatoes 100 g
- strawberries 16 pc.
- camembert 150 g
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper well.
- 2. Remove the seeds from the melon and use a melon baller to scoop out 16 balls. Remove the husks from the physalis and wash them along with the tomatoes and strawberries. Remove the green tops from the strawberries.
- 3. Cut the Camembert into 16 pieces and alternate them with the fruits and vegetables on the skewers. Brush with the dressing and serve the Camembert fruit skewers.
