🍽️ Tuna and Olive Calzone

Ingredients
- Tuna in its own juice 400 g
- Olives, green 60 g
- Onions, yellow 1 pc
- Vine tomatoes 2 pcs
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Pizza dough with tomato sauce 2 pcs
- Wheat flour, Type 405 1 tbsp
- Emmental grated 200 g
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
- 2. Place the tuna and olives in a sieve to drain.
- 3. Peel the onions and dice them finely.
- 4. Slice the olives into rings.
- 5. Flake the tuna roughly with a fork.
- 6. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
- 7. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and dice the flesh.
- 8. Put all prepared ingredients into a bowl.
- 9. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and mix well.
- 10. Roll out the pizza doughs.
- 11. Divide each dough into two halves.
- 12. Shape the four dough pieces into squares of about 30 by 30 centimeters on a floured surface.
- 13. Brush half of each dough square with tomato sauce.
- 14. Leave a border of about 2 centimeters.
- 15. Spread the tuna filling over the sauced half of the dough.
- 16. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the filling.
- 17. Fold the unsauced dough half over the filling.
- 18. Press the edges firmly together.
- 19. Roll the edges slightly to form semi-circular calzones.
- 20. Place the calzones on baking trays lined with baking paper.
- 21. Sprinkle them with the remaining cheese.
- 22. Bake the calzones in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
- 23. Let the calzones cool down briefly.
- 24. Serve them and enjoy.
