  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
  2. 2. Place the tuna and olives in a sieve to drain.
  3. 3. Peel the onions and dice them finely.
  4. 4. Slice the olives into rings.
  5. 5. Flake the tuna roughly with a fork.
  6. 6. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
  7. 7. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and dice the flesh.
  8. 8. Put all prepared ingredients into a bowl.
  9. 9. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and mix well.
  10. 10. Roll out the pizza doughs.
  11. 11. Divide each dough into two halves.
  12. 12. Shape the four dough pieces into squares of about 30 by 30 centimeters on a floured surface.
  13. 13. Brush half of each dough square with tomato sauce.
  14. 14. Leave a border of about 2 centimeters.
  15. 15. Spread the tuna filling over the sauced half of the dough.
  16. 16. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the filling.
  17. 17. Fold the unsauced dough half over the filling.
  18. 18. Press the edges firmly together.
  19. 19. Roll the edges slightly to form semi-circular calzones.
  20. 20. Place the calzones on baking trays lined with baking paper.
  21. 21. Sprinkle them with the remaining cheese.
  22. 22. Bake the calzones in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
  23. 23. Let the calzones cool down briefly.
  24. 24. Serve them and enjoy.
