  1. 1. Rinse the limes thoroughly and cut into eight pieces. Place these in a glass, then add the cane sugar and mash with a muddler.
  2. 2. Fill the glass with crushed ice to the brim and pour 5 cl of white rum over it. Serve the Caipirinha with a straw. Cheers!
