🍽️ Caesar Salad with Grilled Flatbread

Ingredients
- garlic cloves 1 pc
- capers 2 tsp
- lemons 0.5 pc
- mayonnaise 100 g
- parmesan, grated 20 g
- olive oil 3 tbsp
- mustard 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- parsley, fresh 15 g
- yogurt, plain 250 g
- wheat flour, Type 405 300 g
- baking powder 1 tsp
- chicken breast fillet, marinated 500 g
- romaine lettuce 2 pc
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove and chop it very finely.
- 2. Finely chop the capers as well.
- 3. Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice.
- 4. Place the mayonnaise into a separate bowl.
- 5. Add the lemon juice, chopped garlic, capers, Parmesan, 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil, and mustard to the mayonnaise.
- 6. Stir all ingredients together thoroughly.
- 7. Season the dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
- 8. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
- 9. Finely chop the parsley.
- 10. Place the yogurt, flour, salt, and baking powder into a bowl.
- 11. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
- 12. Let the dough rest, covered, for about 15 minutes.
- 13. Divide the dough into four equal parts.
- 14. Lightly dust your work surface with flour.
- 15. Roll each dough part into a flat bread.
- 16. Brush the dough flats with a little olive oil.
- 17. Grill the flats on both sides for about 3 minutes each, until golden brown.
- 18. Preheat the grill.
- 19. Grill the chicken breast fillets until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- 20. Remove the chicken from the grill.
- 21. Cut the chicken into thin strips.
- 22. Wash the salad greens.
- 23. Cut the salad into bite-sized pieces.
- 24. Brush the grilled flatbreads with the prepared dressing.
- 25. Distribute the salad on top of the flatbreads.
- 26. Place the chicken strips over the salad.
- 27. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the top.
- 28. Serve the salad immediately.
