  3. 3. Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice.
  4. 4. Place the mayonnaise into a separate bowl.
  5. 5. Add the lemon juice, chopped garlic, capers, Parmesan, 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil, and mustard to the mayonnaise.
  6. 6. Stir all ingredients together thoroughly.
  7. 7. Season the dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
  8. 8. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
  9. 9. Finely chop the parsley.
  10. 10. Place the yogurt, flour, salt, and baking powder into a bowl.
  11. 11. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
  12. 12. Let the dough rest, covered, for about 15 minutes.
  13. 13. Divide the dough into four equal parts.
  14. 14. Lightly dust your work surface with flour.
