🍽️ Caesar Dressing Made with Macadamia Nuts

Ingredients
- macadamia nuts, roasted and salted 100 g
- water 50 ml
- capers 2 tsp
- mustard 1 tsp
- honey 1 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Place the macadamia nuts in a bowl and cover them with water.
- 2. Let the nuts soak in the water for about one hour.
- 3. Pour off the water and let the nuts drain well.
- 4. Put the drained nuts, some water, capers, mustard, and honey into a tall container.
- 5. Blend the ingredients with an immersion blender until you have a smooth sauce.
- 6. Season the dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
- 7. Gently fold the fresh salad leaves into the dressing just before serving.
