Ingredients
- Organic Lemon 1 pc.
- Parsley, fresh 10 g
- Butter 250 g
- Salt pinch
- Honey 2 tsp
- Baguette 2 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lemon under hot water.
- 2. Grate about one teaspoon of fine lemon zest.
- 3. Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
- 4. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 5. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 6. Place a sheet of baking paper on a work surface.
- 7. Take soft butter and spread it gradually onto the baking paper using a teaspoon.
- 8. Transfer the baking paper with the butter onto a serving board.
- 9. Season the butter with a pinch of salt.
- 10. Distribute the grated lemon zest evenly over the butter.
- 11. Drizzle some honey over the butter.
- 12. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the butter.
- 13. Decorate the surface of the butter with the ingredients.
- 14. Serve the butter board together with fresh baguette.
