🥗 Creamy Salad with Asparagus, Peach, and Ham

Ingredients
- Salad Mix 150 g
- mozzarella 125 g
- green asparagus 1 bunch
- Lemons 1 pc.
- Peaches 2 pcs.
- Olive oil 1 tbsp
- Ham cubes 50 g
- Vegetable broth 200 ml
- Honey 1 tsp
- Sea salt pinch
Instructions
- 1. Wash the salad thoroughly and let it drain well.
- 2. Tear the salad into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 3. Drain the mozzarella.
- 4. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
- 5. Wash the asparagus.
- 6. Peel the bottom third of the asparagus.
- 7. Cut the asparagus into pieces about 5 to 6 centimeters long.
- 8. Wash the lemon.
- 9. Halve the lemon.
- 10. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 11. Pit the peaches.
- 12. Cut the peaches into wedges.
- 13. Heat a pan with one tablespoon of oil over high heat.
- 14. Fry the ham cubes until crispy.
- 15. Add the asparagus to the pan.
- 16. Fry the asparagus for about 6 minutes, turning it frequently.
- 17. Remove the asparagus from the pan and set it aside.
- 18. Deglaze the pan with broth.
- 19. Stir the lemon juice into the broth.
- 20. Season the sauce with honey and salt to taste.
- 21. Toss the salad with the dressing.
- 22. Top the salad with the asparagus and peach wedges.
- 23. Enjoy your meal!
