  4. 4. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.

  6. 6. Peel the bottom third of the asparagus.
  7. 7. Cut the asparagus into pieces about 5 to 6 centimeters long.
  8. 8. Wash the lemon.
  9. 9. Halve the lemon.
  10. 10. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
  11. 11. Pit the peaches.
  12. 12. Cut the peaches into wedges.
  13. 13. Heat a pan with one tablespoon of oil over high heat.
  14. 14. Fry the ham cubes until crispy.
  15. 15. Add the asparagus to the pan.
  16. 16. Fry the asparagus for about 6 minutes, turning it frequently.
