🍽️ Homemade Burger Sauce

Ingredients
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- garlic cloves 1 pc.
- pickles 2 pc.
- eggs 1 pc.
- mustard 1 tsp
- balsamic vinegar, light 1 tbsp
- sugar 0.5 tsp
- oil 150 ml
- ketchup 4 tbsp
- paprika, sweet 1 tsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut the onion in half and peel it. Dice the onion into small cubes.
- 2. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely.
- 3. Drain the pickles into a sieve. Catch the pickle juice in a container.
- 4. Finely chop the drained pickles.
- 5. Separate the eggs. Use the egg white for another purpose and keep only the yolk.
- 6. Place the egg yolk, mustard, vinegar, and sugar in a tall container.
- 7. Whisk the mixture briefly with a hand blender.
- 8. Slowly pour in the oil in a thin stream while continuing to stir until a mayonnaise forms.
- 9. Stir in the ketchup and one tablespoon of the collected pickle juice into the mayonnaise.
- 10. Season the sauce to taste with your favorite spices.
- 11. Fold in the finely chopped pickles into the sauce.
- 12. Serve the finished sauce with your burgers.
