  1. 1. Pour the pickles into a colander and let them drain.
  2. 2. Take two of the pickles and dice them into small cubes.
  3. 3. Slice the remaining pickles.
  4. 4. Halve the shallots and remove the outer skin.
  5. 5. Dice the shallots finely.
  6. 6. Halve the iceberg lettuce and remove the hard core in the center.
  7. 7. Cut the lettuce into coarse pieces.
  8. 8. Wash the lettuce pieces in the colander and let them drain well.
  9. 9. Cut the hamburger buns into coarse cubes.
  10. 10. Place the diced pickles and shallots into a large bowl.
  11. 11. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup, and vinegar.
  12. 12. Mix all the sauce ingredients well together.
  13. 13. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and sugar.
  14. 14. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  15. 15. Add the bread cubes to the pan.
  16. 16. Toast the bread cubes for about four minutes until golden brown.
  17. 17. Remove the toasted bread cubes from the pan and place them on a plate.
  18. 18. Reheat the frying pan.
  19. 19. Add the minced meat to the hot pan.
  20. 20. Fry the meat for about five minutes until it is crumbly.
  21. 21. Season the meat with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
  22. 22. Choose a bowl or glasses for serving.
  23. 23. Place a first layer of the toasted bread cubes at the bottom.
  24. 24. Add a spoonful of the prepared sauce on top.
  25. 25. Spread a layer of iceberg lettuce over the sauce.
  26. 26. Place slices of pickles on the lettuce.

  28. 28. Sprinkle cheese over the meat.
  29. 29. Add a little more dressing on top.
  30. 30. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
