🥗 Burger Salad with Croutons

Ingredients
- Pickles 8 pcs
- Shallots 2 pcs
- Iceberg lettuce 0.5 pcs
- Hamburger buns 4 pcs
- Sour cream 200 g
- Mayonnaise 200 g
- Ketchup 4 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Sugar pinch
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Ground beef 600 g
- Bell pepper 1 tsp
- Gouda sliced cheese 100 g
Instructions
- 1. Pour the pickles into a colander and let them drain.
- 2. Take two of the pickles and dice them into small cubes.
- 3. Slice the remaining pickles.
- 4. Halve the shallots and remove the outer skin.
- 5. Dice the shallots finely.
- 6. Halve the iceberg lettuce and remove the hard core in the center.
- 7. Cut the lettuce into coarse pieces.
- 8. Wash the lettuce pieces in the colander and let them drain well.
- 9. Cut the hamburger buns into coarse cubes.
- 10. Place the diced pickles and shallots into a large bowl.
- 11. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup, and vinegar.
- 12. Mix all the sauce ingredients well together.
- 13. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and sugar.
- 14. Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- 15. Add the bread cubes to the pan.
- 16. Toast the bread cubes for about four minutes until golden brown.
- 17. Remove the toasted bread cubes from the pan and place them on a plate.
- 18. Reheat the frying pan.
- 19. Add the minced meat to the hot pan.
- 20. Fry the meat for about five minutes until it is crumbly.
- 21. Season the meat with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- 22. Choose a bowl or glasses for serving.
- 23. Place a first layer of the toasted bread cubes at the bottom.
- 24. Add a spoonful of the prepared sauce on top.
- 25. Spread a layer of iceberg lettuce over the sauce.
- 26. Place slices of pickles on the lettuce.
- 27. Add a layer of the fried minced meat on top.
- 28. Sprinkle cheese over the meat.
- 29. Add a little more dressing on top.
- 30. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- 31. Keep the finished salad cool until you serve it.
