🍽️ Burger with Tomato and Onion

Ingredients
- onions, yellow 1 pc.
- vine tomatoes 2 pc.
- arugula 50 g
- ground beef 600 g
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- paprika, sweet pinch
- oil 4 tbsp
- hamburger buns 4 pc.
- ketchup 6 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Cut the onion in half, peel it, and finely dice one half. Slice the other half into thin rings. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices. Rinse the arugula and let it drain.
- 2. In a bowl, mix the diced onion with the ground meat, salt, pepper, and paprika powder. Shape the mixture into 4 flat burger patties.
- 3. Heat half of the oil in a pan over high heat and fry the burger patties for about 4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Wrap the fried patties in aluminum foil and set aside.
- 4. Slice the burger buns in half and toast them or warm them in a preheated oven. Spread some ketchup on all the bun halves. Optionally, top each with a burger patty, arugula, bacon, tomatoes, and onions, then serve.
