🥗 Burger with Red Cabbage Orange Salad

Ingredients
- Red cabbage, fresh 0.25 pc.
- Oranges 1 pc.
- Wild cranberries 5 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Arugula 20 g
- Mozzarella 1 pc.
- Pork mince 500 g
- Allspice pinch
- Cinnamon pinch
- Pretzel rolls 4 pc.
- Mustard 4 tsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the red cabbage thoroughly.
- 2. Quarter the red cabbage and remove the hard core.
- 3. Slice the cabbage into thin strips or shred it finely.
- 4. Place the red cabbage in a bowl.
- 5. Knead the red cabbage vigorously with your hands.
- 6. Rinse the orange under hot water.
- 7. Zest about one teaspoon of the orange peel.
- 8. Peel the orange completely.
- 9. Remove the white pith completely.
- 10. Cut out the segments with a sharp knife.
- 11. Collect the released juice.
- 12. Place the cranberries in a separate bowl.
- 13. Add the grated orange zest.
- 14. Add two tablespoons of oil.
- 15. Add the collected orange juice.
- 16. Mix the ingredients in the bowl.
- 17. Season the mixture with salt.
- 18. Season the mixture with pepper.
- 19. Add the prepared red cabbage to the sauce.
- 20. Mix the red cabbage with the sauce.
- 21. Cover the bowl.
- 22. Let the salad sit.
- 23. Fold in the orange segments shortly before serving.
- 24. Wash the arugula thoroughly.
- 25. Let the arugula drain.
- 26. Slice the mozzarella into rounds.
- 27. Place the ground meat in a bowl.
- 28. Add allspice.
- 29. Add cinnamon.
- 30. Mix the meat with the spices.
- 31. Shape four patties from the mixture.
- 32. Add two tablespoons of oil to a pan.
- 33. Heat the oil over high heat.
- 34. Fry the patties for about six minutes.
- 35. Top the patties with the mozzarella slices.
- 36. Reduce the heat.
- 37. Cover the pan.
- 38. Let the cheese melt for about four minutes.
- 39. Slice the pretzel rolls in half.
- 40. Spread mustard on the rolls.
- 41. Spread cranberries on the rolls.
- 42. Top the rolls with the red cabbage orange salad.
- 43. Top the rolls with arugula.
- 44. Top the rolls with the burger patty.
- 45. Place the top half of the roll on.
- 46. Serve the burger.
