  1. 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly and trim the ends. Slice the cucumber thinly.
  2. 2. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings.
  3. 3. Wash the lettuce. Separate the leaves individually and shake them dry.
  4. 4. In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of honey with 2 tablespoons of mustard and 2 tablespoons of crème fraîche.
  5. 5. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over high heat.
  7. 7. Fry the fish sticks in it for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
  8. 8. Let the fish sticks drain on kitchen paper.
  9. 9. Halve the burger buns.
  10. 10. Toast the buns with the cut side down for about 2 minutes until golden brown in the hot pan.
  11. 11. Spread the honey-mustard sauce on the bottom half of the buns.
  12. 12. Top the buns as desired with lettuce, cucumber slices, onion rings, and the fish sticks.
  13. 13. Close the burger with the top bun and serve immediately.
