🍽️ Fish Stick Burger

Ingredients
- mini cucumbers 1 pc.
- red onions 1 pc.
- mixed leaf salad 0.5 pc.
- honey 1 tbsp.
- mustard 2 tbsp.
- crème fraîche 2 tbsp.
- salt pinch
- black pepper, ground pinch
- oil 2 tbsp.
- fish sticks 12 pc.
- hamburger buns 4 pc.
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cucumber thoroughly and trim the ends. Slice the cucumber thinly.
- 2. Peel the onion and slice it into thin rings.
- 3. Wash the lettuce. Separate the leaves individually and shake them dry.
- 4. In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of honey with 2 tablespoons of mustard and 2 tablespoons of crème fraîche.
- 5. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- 6. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan over high heat.
- 7. Fry the fish sticks in it for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- 8. Let the fish sticks drain on kitchen paper.
- 9. Halve the burger buns.
- 10. Toast the buns with the cut side down for about 2 minutes until golden brown in the hot pan.
- 11. Spread the honey-mustard sauce on the bottom half of the buns.
- 12. Top the buns as desired with lettuce, cucumber slices, onion rings, and the fish sticks.
- 13. Close the burger with the top bun and serve immediately.
