  3. 3. Halve the onion and remove the outer skin.
  4. 4. Cut the onion into thin strips.
  5. 5. Wash the zucchini, the bell pepper, the carrots, and the thyme.
  6. 6. Remove the hard ends from the zucchini.
  7. 7. Slice the zucchini diagonally into wide slices.
  8. 8. Halve the bell pepper and remove the stem and seeds.
  9. 9. Cut the bell pepper halves into wide pieces.
  10. 10. Halve the carrots lengthwise.
  11. 11. Cut the carrot halves into long pieces.
  12. 12. Place the prepared vegetables, potato sticks, and onion strips into a large bowl.
  13. 13. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, sugar, paprika powder, thyme, and olive oil.
  14. 14. Mix everything well until the vegetables are evenly seasoned.
  15. 15. Fill the basket of the air fryer with the vegetables.
  16. 16. Make sure not to overfill the basket.
  17. 17. Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius.
  18. 18. Cook the vegetables for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

  28. 28. Place the quark, grated cucumber, and chives into a bowl.
  29. 29. Whisk the ingredients for the dip well together.
  30. 30. Season the dip finally with salt and pepper.
  31. 31. Chop the cashew nuts coarsely.
  32. 32. Plate the finished vegetables.
  33. 33. Drizzle the vegetables with the juices from the air fryer.
  34. 34. Sprinkle the chopped cashew nuts over the vegetables.
  35. 35. Serve the vegetables with the quark dip.
