🍽️ Colorful Layered Salad with Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients
- Mini Roma lettuce 2 pcs.
- Carrots 2 pcs.
- Zucchini 1 pc.
- Alpine cheese 200 g
- Vine tomatoes 2 pcs.
- Dill, fresh 20 g
- Parsley, fresh 20 g
- Lemons 1 pc.
- Yogurt, plain 300 g
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Salt pinch
- Pepper, black ground pinch
- Sugar pinch
Instructions
- 1. Cut the romaine lettuce into thin strips and rinse thoroughly in a sieve. Peel the carrots and remove the ends. Wash the zucchini and coarsely grate it together with the carrots. Grate the cheese coarsely as well. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.
- 2. Wash the herbs, pat them dry, pluck the leaves from the stems and chop finely. Wash the lemon, grate about 1 tsp of zest, halve it and squeeze out the juice.
- 3. In a bowl, mix the herbs with the lemon zest, lemon juice, yogurt, olive oil, salt, pepper and sugar well and season to taste.
- 4. Arrange the salad ingredients in bowls or glasses in layers together with the dressing. Decorate and serve as desired. Enjoy your meal! Tip: Fresh bread goes well with this.
