  1. 1. Put vinegar, mustard, sugar, and oil into a jar with a lid.
  2. 2. Close the jar tightly and shake it vigorously until everything is mixed.
  3. 3. Season the dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Thoroughly wash the radishes under running water.
  5. 5. Slice the washed radishes into thin rounds.
  6. 6. Wash the bell pepper and remove the stem and seeds.
  7. 7. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
  8. 8. Halve the honeydew melon and remove the seeds.
  9. 9. Peel the melon and cut the flesh into coarse cubes.
  10. 10. Peel the kiwis and cut them into cubes as well.
  11. 11. Wash the head lettuce and spin it dry.
  12. 12. Tear the dry lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  13. 13. Place all prepared ingredients into a large bowl.
  14. 14. Pour the dressing over everything and mix well.
  15. 15. Serve the salad on deep plates.
