🥗 Fruity Melon and Kiwi Salad

Ingredients
- balsamic vinegar, light 2 tbsp
- mustard 1 tsp
- sugar 2 tsp
- olive oil 5 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- radishes 1 bunch
- pepper, red 1 pc
- honeydew melon 1 pc
- kiwi 1 pc
- head lettuce 1 pc
Instructions
- 1. Put vinegar, mustard, sugar, and oil into a jar with a lid.
- 2. Close the jar tightly and shake it vigorously until everything is mixed.
- 3. Season the dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
- 4. Thoroughly wash the radishes under running water.
- 5. Slice the washed radishes into thin rounds.
- 6. Wash the bell pepper and remove the stem and seeds.
- 7. Cut the bell pepper into small cubes.
- 8. Halve the honeydew melon and remove the seeds.
- 9. Peel the melon and cut the flesh into coarse cubes.
- 10. Peel the kiwis and cut them into cubes as well.
- 11. Wash the head lettuce and spin it dry.
- 12. Tear the dry lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
- 13. Place all prepared ingredients into a large bowl.
- 14. Pour the dressing over everything and mix well.
- 15. Serve the salad on deep plates.
