🥗 Colorful Salad with Fried Chanterelles

Ingredients
- salad mix 200 g
- raspberries, fresh 200 g
- blueberries, fresh 200 g
- mini cucumbers 6 pcs.
- chanterelles 500 g
- lemons 1 pc.
- olive oil 6 tbsp
- salt pinch
- pepper, black ground pinch
- sweet mustard 1 tbsp
Instructions
- 1. Wash the salad thoroughly.
- 2. Drain the water from the salad.
- 3. Check the berries for any defects.
- 4. Wash the berries.
- 5. Wash the snack cucumber.
- 6. Remove the ends of the cucumber.
- 7. Slice the cucumber thinly at a slight angle.
- 8. Clean the chanterelles.
- 9. Halve the chanterelles if you wish.
- 10. Wash the lemon.
- 11. Squeeze the juice from the lemon.
- 12. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan on high heat.
- 13. Fry the chanterelles in it for approx. 5 minutes.
- 14. Season the chanterelles with salt and pepper.
- 15. Put 3 tablespoons of lemon juice into a bowl.
- 16. Add sweet mustard.
- 17. Season with salt and pepper.
- 18. Mix the ingredients well.
- 19. Pour 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a thin stream.
- 20. Whisk the dressing vigorously.
- 21. Toss the salad with the dressing.
- 22. Toss the cucumber with the dressing.
- 23. Toss the berries with the dressing.
- 24. Toss the chanterelles with the dressing.
- 25. Serve the colorful salad with fried chanterelles.
